AMI is looking for a Stock Supervisor for its Soho, NY location! Reporting to the Store Manager, the Stock Supervisor will manage back-of-house operations. Alongside his/her team, the Stock Supervisor will track and monitor inventory and develop processes to maximize efficiency. The Stock Supervisor responsibilities:

 

Inventory Management:

  •        Oversee shipping and receiving

  •        Executing weekly cycle counts and ensure physical products match system

  •        Investigate any shortages or discrepancies

  •        Ensure accurate product and supply inventory

  •          Prepare mid-year and annual physical inventory inventories

  •        Develop and share ideas to increase efficiency, support store initiatives and projects as needed

 

Team Leadership:

  •        Partner with Store Manager and sales team to support visual merchandising, execute and collection launches

  •        Train and support team on day-to-day back of house policies and procedures

  •        Lead by example on company standards and expectations

 

Who You Are:

  •        Organized, efficient and self-starter

  •        Detail oriented, operationally sound.

  •        Team player with a strong sense of team leadership to deliver results beyond expectations

  •        Excellent customer service skills and strong ability to foster a customer-service spirit in store

  •        Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for 8 hours a day

  •        Open availability, holidays and weekends required

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of stock management experience

  • Knowledge of CEGID is a plus!

  • A second language is not required but preferred
