Job description

As a key member of the team, you will join us on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave for a period of 8 months. Reporting directly to the Buying Director for Retail & E-commerce, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team during this period. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the ongoing success of the department in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

 

Showroom

  •             Lead and build your Zone buying strategy by season, channel, gender, category

  •             Create the online and offline assortment with sustainable business and image objectives, from the selection to the final order by size. As well as capsules Collections for your markets.

  •             Review price positioning for your zone currencies

In Season

  •             Build new collection launch strategy- in collaboration with Supply, Retail, Ecom, Training, VM and Marketing Teams.

  •             Manage two regional buyers and analyze weekly sales performances, create action plans to maximize sell-through and minimize leftover by category

  •             Manage store Allocator, identify risks and opportunities in stock level and allow a reactive replenishment strategy by doors

End of the Season

  •             Contribute to the Markdown Strategy of your zones in Collaboration with Central Retail Merchandising

  •             Ensure the stock coverage of your Zones Outlet and pilot the replenishment with the support of your team

  •             Contribute to the Collection Plan and capsule development with Sell in vs Sell out analysis, local fashion trends and consumer inputs

 

Profile

  • Proven experience: 7-10 years of experience in the required field.

  • A first proven experience in managing a team (3-4 persons)

  • Strong understanding of the procurement process, with a focus on purchasing.

  • Fluent in both English and French.

  • Ability to manage a showroom and oversee capsule purchases: this role includes significant operational responsibilities, managing regional buyers, and acting as a key coordinator with a strong operational focus.

  • Energetic with a positive attitude.

  • Flexbility with an entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Agile, you are able to work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Available to start in June
