Job description
We’re looking for a Paid Media e-Commerce Manager to take full ownership of our paid media performance and directly impact e-commerce growth. This role requires a business-driven, structured and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to arbitrate budgets based on commercial priorities, while continuously testing, optimizing and scaling new approaches across paid channels.
Role Scope & Ownership
Own and drive paid e-commerce performance across Paid Search and Paid Social channels with clear accountability on ROAS, CPA and revenue growth
Manage & arbitrate paid media budgets based on business objectives, seasonality and market-level priorities, with full ownership of performance outcome
Analyze performance and translate results into clear, actionable recommendations directly connected to e-commerce impact.
Build strong, long-term relationships with agencies and external partners, actively challenging them to leverage the latest platform innovations, run A/B tests and continuously push the brand toward best-in-class performance.
Paid Social
Drive and optimize Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Snap) with a performance-first mindset
Work closely with E-merchandising, Marketing and Social Media teams to ensure the right products, messages and formats are activated.
Explore new plateforms, formats and approaches through a structured test & learn → scale methodology
Paid Search & Feed Management
Own and optimize Paid Search & Shopping channels (Google, Microsoft, Yahoo) with a focus on scalability, efficiency and revenue growth.
Drive product feed optimization (structure, attributes, prioritization, exclusions, enrichment) as a key performance lever.
Stay continuously up to date with Paid Search evolutions, including AI- and LLM-driven search experiences, new Google Ads formats and surfaces as well as automation and bidding innovations.
Build SEA x SEO synergies and build incrementality tests working in close collaboration with our traffic and acquisition manager and external agencies
Audience, Data & Customer Journey
Contribute to the definition and activation of audience segmentations across paid media, in collaboration with Client Engagement team
Understand and leverage first-party and customer data to improve targeting, media efficiency and incremental performance.
Analyze and explain the end-to-end customer journey, connecting media exposure, website behavior and conversion performance.
Extract and share key learnings from data and audiences to continuously refine media strategies and improve overall performance.
Profile
· 6–8 years of confirmed experience in performance marketing / e-commerce, in demanding, performance-driven environments (in-house or agency).
· Bilingual in French and English (other languages are a plus).
· Strong expertise in Google Ads with solid experience managing Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Snap, others…).
· Proven ability to own performance, manage significant budgets and challenge agencies on strategy and execution.
· Strong analytical mindset with a clear understanding of the e-commerce funnel (ROAS, CPA, CVR) and customer journey.
· Structured, autonomous and results-oriented, with clear, solution-driven communication.
· Team player with a collective mindset and strong curiosity to understand the broader business beyond media KPIs
· Comfortable working with data, reporting and dashboards.
· Strong interest in innovation, automation and AI-driven media evolution.
