Job description
As part of the Marketing & Communications Department, and under the direction of the Head of social media, the Social Media Project Manager will support the execution of the global social media strategy, overseeing all day-to-day operations. The role is responsible for directly managing the Brand’s owned media western platforms and serves as a main point of reference to coordinate the strategy around the eastern platforms (Weibo, WeChat, RED, Douyin, KakaoTalk, Line)
Key Responsibilities:
Update, manage the 360 editorial plan according to marketing calendar and business needs, ensuring alignment across departments to contribute to the overall social strategy
Serve as a main point of reference with the local APAC teams: align on product launches, asset delivery, and editorial calendar on main eastern platforms, making sure the strategy is executed at a global level
Collaborate closely with the Communications, Image, Influence and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with the 360° marketing strategy, maintaining consistent messaging across all channels and ensuring seamless interdepartmental communication.
Responsible for content publication across all Western platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube)
Support the Head of social media in identifying content needs to craft compelling narratives and visual briefs, through content ideation and scripting.
Collaborate with Influence, VIPs and press teams to leverage brands partnerships
Ensuring operational management of community management activities and crisis handling across platforms.
Responsible for copywriting activities across channels making sure it’s consistent with the brand’s tone of voice
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve and propose innovative content ideas.
Develop and refine performance analysis across social platforms, supporting the team in delivering monthly reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in social media management, ideally within the fashion or luxury industry.
Knowledge of Asian social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, Weibo, RED, Line, KakaoTalk).
Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging social-first content
In-depth understanding of the social media ecosystem, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Meta Business Manager, reporting tools).
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for luxury fashion
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
