Job description

We’re looking for a Traffic & Acquisition Manager I SEO & Affiliation to strengthen our performance marketing team and help drive the international e-commerce growth of the brand. You’ll be responsible for leading SEO strategy and execution, managing the affiliate program, ensuring data reliability, and improving digital performance across multiple markets. This role also includes monitoring web performance and coordinating with key stakeholders (Product Owners, e-Merch, Content, etc.).

SEO

·       Define KPIs and build regular SEO performance reports (weekly/monthly).

·       Own the SEO roadmap: implement best practices and tactical improvements for organic traffic and revenue growth.

·       Liaise with developers, product owners, and external agencies to ensure technical SEO excellence.

·       Share insights on keyword trends (brand vs. generic) with internal teams to influence merchandising and marketing decisions.

·       Foster collaboration between SEO and SEA for a more holistic traffic acquisition strategy.

Affiliation

·       Manage the affiliate marketing program end-to-end: recruit partners, monitor performance, and maintain strong relationships.

·       Optimize the program to deliver incremental revenue while hitting ROAS targets.

·       Negotiate strategic affiliate partnerships, with a strong emphasis on the US market.

·       Oversee affiliate budget management in collaboration with the media agency.

·       Identify new opportunities to grow qualified traffic and diversify the partner mix.

  Data & Web Performance

 

·      Ensure proper tracking and data consistency across all acquisition channels.

·       Work with Product, Data Agency, and IT to improve tag implementation and analytics setup.

·       Help structure audience segmentation for media buying efficiency.

·       Contribute to acquisition dashboard development and data storytelling.

·       Oversee web performance (loading speed, UX metrics, etc.) and coordinate action plans with PO, e-merch, and content teams.

Profile

·       Master’s degree (Bac+5) in marketing, digital, or related field.

·       5 years of experience in a digital acquisition role (SEO & affiliation), ideally in luxury, fashion, or media agency.

·       Solid hands-on expertise in SEO (technical and content) and affiliate marketing.

·       Experience with platforms such as Partnerize, Awin, Rakuten, etc.

·       Strong analytical mindset: you can define KPIs and measure performance effectively.

·       Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Power BI; Contentsquare is a plus.

·       Curious about AI and its applications in SEO and marketing automation.

·       Bilingual in French and English (other languages are a plus).

·       Highly collaborative, structured, and proactive mindset.
