Fixed Term Contract (Nov-Jan) - Client Advisor - SERRAVALLE

AMI is looking for new ambassador for the holiday season in Serravalle starting in November 2026 until the end of January 2027.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Client Advisor will sale and build customer loyalty.
A Sales Advisor's responsibilities include:

CUSTOMER RELATIONS
The Sales Advisor's mission is to invite customers to explore the world of AMI and to offer a unique shopping experience:

•Welcomes customers according to AMI values: being friendly, smiling, and always in a good mood.

•Understands customer needs and proposes a relevant selection of products while encouraging cross selling.

•Assists customers during fittings and accommodating any alterations when needed.

•Embraces a customer loyalty culture, builds strong and long-term relationships with clients.

•Introduces new customers to the brand.

STOCK

•Follows-up and manages stock (reception of goods, integration of receptions in the systems, facilitates rotating inventories, requests for restocking, requests for transfers, etc.)

  VISUAL MERCHANDISING

•Ensures that the store is well maintained: presentation of products, cleanliness, maintenance of the premises, etc.

•Actively participates in the Visual Merchandising of the store, follows VM guidelines and proposes options during rotations.

• You have two years of experience in high-end ready-to-wear sales and are familiar with sales techniques.

• You are cheerful, dynamic, involved, and have excellent interpersonal skills.

• You enjoy working as part of a team and are results-oriented.

• You have a strong sense of customer service and enjoy meeting customer needs.

• You have a strong sense of fashion and a good understanding of the industry and its trends.

• Fluency in Italian and English is essential, and another language is a real asset.

• Starting date: November 2026.

• Contract: 3 months.
